Overview
This report is an analysis of professional supervision for New Zealand primary and secondary principals. The researchers:
- undertook a literature review and document search
- gathered data through an electronic survey and focus group interviews with principals
- gathered data through interviews with the representatives of the Ministry of Education, the PPTA and NZEI.
Where possible, they analysed and reported the findings for primary and secondary principals separately.
