Visits schools who have been involved in the Te Kotahitanga programme for 5 years or more to look at: development of middle managers as learning leaders, particularly in improving practice in relation to the Effective Teacher Profile; sustainability of Te Kotahitanga practices in schools that are no longer funded to be part of the programme.
