To investigate the response of Virtual Learning Networks (VLNs) to the issues of funding and resourcing sustainability; to investigate how the VLNs have rolled out, if at all, the educational technologies as used by their on-line teachers to the "real" classes in their schools; to investigate the creation and benefits of cross-schools virtual departments.
