The conference theme for the 2012 New Zealand Educational Administration and Leadership Society (NZEALS) is Educational Leadership for Creative Learning and Caring Communities.
The theme highlights the innovative and holistic aspects of public education which are believed to be vitally important for the nation’s economic growth and social well-being.
