I am privileged to work under the guidance of Ash and have experienced the wonderful way how he maintains quality relationships with his staff. I have been hugely encouraged and supported in the way he trust his staff and are able to bring the best out in us. This then again are to the advantage of the children. My respect for him is based on how he applies his knowledge of people and educational principles to acquire and maintain quality relationships with his staff, parents and children.
