Overview
Airds High School is in one of New South Wales’ most disadvantaged communities. In this May 2003 inform article principal, Chris Presland, outlines the programmes that define the school’s approach to improving outcomes for students. He makes the link between personally- and collectively-held values and how these can impact on practice.
