Exclusion
I have a child that has recently been excluded from his school. I am trying to appeal this decission and have had advice from The Childrens Commissioner that I do have a case to over turn this decision.
Can you advise where I go to from here.?? To the education ombudsman?
As a parent I appreciate your feedback.
Wendy

If necessary, we encourage you to seek further advice from an independent advisory service, such as the Parents Legal Information Line for School Issues ( 0800 499 488 - see http://www.communitylaw.org.nz/The-Parents-Lega.68.0.html), a community law centre or a law firm of your choice. Such an independent adviser can help you assess the likelihood of avenues, such as referral to an agency such as the Ombudsmen, providing a suitable forum for resolution of your concerns.
