New survey tool for leadership practice

As part of the Professional Leadership Plan (PLP), a new survey tool is being developed that will provide principals with a 'snapshot' of where their school sits, across a range of leadership dimensions. Currently undergoing a small-scale trial, the tool has been developed by Professor Viviane Robinson (University of Auckland) and Dr Cathy Wylie (NZCER), with guidance from NZEI, NZPF, PPTA, SPANZ, NZSTA and the Ministry of Education.
