Using the leadership dilemmas
Educational Leaders contains real-life stories collected from experienced New Zealand school principals. Each story focuses on a dilemma or complex situation that the principal has managed through to a resolution. These complex situations are ones that leaders are likely to face in their professional lives. This section backgrounds useful information about working through dilemmas.
